Accommodations

The Clandestina property is quite large at 34 hectares +/-yet we remain boutique sized. We have 3 individual Cabinas, each with one or two queen beds as needed.  In the lodge tower there are two suites: The Penthouse has a king bed, and Suite 2 has a king bed and the option of adding a twin XL.

All suites and cabinas are appointed with a desk for journaling or other writing, a balcony with hammock to enjoy naps or a good read, and a modern bathroom with hot water to ease the body after a session on the waves or yoga overlooking the jungle. Energy efficient, modern overhead fans (Haiku from BAF) keep the rooms cool and fresh.  Our mattresses are all natural latex wrapped in organic cotton and wool batting, clothed with 100 natural, breathable cotton sheets, and resting on beds we made from local hardwoods. Four hypoallergenic pillows ensure deep, restorative sleep. Cabinas equipped with AC and solar hot water.

Pricing

Room prices start at $450/night for double occupancy. (Please note that 13% Costa Rican Hospitality Tax must be added to the bill.) This is the price for two adults. Children 10 and under stay free (Tower Suite & Cabinas only). Typically we charge a $50 surcharge for children 11-16. Adults only in Penthouse. Prices include three full meals beautifully prepared with the freshest local ingredients, along with a variety of fresh juices and snacks. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. We feature fine wines, imported and local craft beers, and delightful cocktails mixed with top shelf liquors and local ingredients.

We close from the beginning of October for maintenance and open again for the Thanksgiving holiday at the end of November.
